Standard removes the 150-activity limit (unlimited activities), adds unlimited users with role-based access, customisable Power BI templates, version control & baselines, SSO, API access, custom branding, 99.9% uptime SLA, and Australian data hosting.

You can still upload XER files of any size to Personal workspace—the upload and data extraction works normally. When you try to generate a report for a project with more than 150 activities, you'll see a prompt to upgrade. From there, you can create an organization and start a 14-day free trial of Standard to process the full schedule, or continue using Personal workspace for smaller projects.

On the Standard tier, you pay $1,000/month per project. If you manage 3 projects, that's $3,000/month total. For larger deployments, contact us about Enterprise pricing.

You can export all your data (XER files, CSV outputs, reports) at any time. After cancellation, you have 90 days to export your data before it's permanently deleted.
